What We Evaluate

Vexillum Review evaluates the standards, criteria, and governance arrangements that shape how organizational decisions are made, supported, and reviewed.

The work focuses on the parts of a system that shape judgment in practice.

Areas of review include

  • formal standards, requirements, and thresholds
  • decision criteria and how they are interpreted
  • governance structures, roles, and review authority
  • policies, procedures, and operating rules
  • documentation, records, and evidentiary support
  • consistency across implementation, units, or decision points
  • performance tasks, rubrics, and related evaluative tools where standards alignment is at issue

It may also consider where a system depends on uneven discretion, inconsistent interpretation, weak documentation, or fragmented review.

The work does not assess individuals. It examines the structure and functioning of the system itself.
